B2B Healthcare is a local business that was established in 2021 right here in Gladstone, Queensland. The unending need for local Allied Health Professionals here in CQ and surrounds has and continues to be a major gap in the health sector. Identifying this, B2B Healthcare was developed based on the individual needs of Gladstone and the surrounding communities. Our aim is to provide quality care to individuals, their families and supports, alongside other stakeholders working in the area. We achieve this by utilising the various expertise of our therapists across the multidisciplinary team at B2B Healthcare. Our model allows us to confidently support the individual needs of those living within the Gladstone and surrounding communities across the lifespan.
Occupational Therapist & Physiotherapist
Brandon completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at James Cook University in Townsville; and his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Central Queensland University in Rockhampton.
Brandon has experience in the treatment of individuals across multiple health sectors to include the private, community and hospital settings; but has also supported individuals in Occupational Rehabilitation and Residential Aged Care facilities. Additionally, Brandon has effectively worked across several different schemes to include Medicare, WorkCover, Home Care Packages, Department of Veteran Affairs and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Brandon has experience in the management of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions along with having a keen interest in hand & upper limb rehabilitation.
Brandon aims to deliver high-quality care through individualised and goal-driven therapy. Brandon enjoys working closely with individuals and their support team to ensure all facets of functioning are addressed with long-term continuation of care.
Physiotherapist

Jade completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Central Queensland University Bundaberg in 2018. Since graduating, Jade has worked across a wide range of different areas of practice within Gladstone and surrounding Central Queensland.
Jade has supported individuals across multiple domains such as: the private sector, Qld Health, WorkCover, Occupational Rehabilitation, Residential Aged Care Facilities, Home Care Packages, DVA, NDIS and Medicare. Jade's experience to date includes management of neurological, cardio-respiratory, post-surgical, pelvic health and musculoskeletal conditions. This includes clinical rehabilitation through exercise therapy and hands on therapy, equipment prescription, manual handling training and supervisory roles.

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Brooke is a Gladstone local Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (Clinical) at James Cook University Townsville in 2016.
Brooke has experience across a wide range of fields providing her with extensive skills and knowledge to meet the ongoing needs of individuals here in the local and surrounding communities. During this time Brooke has supported individuals across multiple domains such as: the private sector, Occupational Rehabilitation, WorkCover, Home Care Packages, DVA, NDIS, NIISQ and Medicare.
Brooke’s experience to date has included various workplace assessments to assist with return-to-work outcomes, along with supporting others in a supervisory role. Additionally, Brooke has been supporting individuals in the management of their neurological, cardio-respiratory, post-surgical, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Brooke has a passion for exercises that increase a person’s confidence to maintain their independence and quality of life through movement; all whilst targeting specific goals so that appropriate education and support can be provided for long term care.
Brooke has a keen interest surrounding occupational rehabilitation and the management of neurological conditions as well as further professional development in Clinical Pilates.
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Jess completed her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (Clinical) at James Cook University in 2020.
Since graduating, Jess has gained over four years of experience in private practice, working with a diverse range of clients before transitioning into Occupational Rehabilitation, where she supported injured workers in safely and confidently returning to work. She is now excited to be returning to the clinical setting to continue delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
Jess has extensive experience working with clients across musculoskeletal rehabilitation, paediatrics, diabetes management, DVA, WorkCover, and NDIS. She takes pride in tailoring individualised treatment plans that align with each person’s goals, lifestyle, and stage of recovery.
Jess is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and long-term independence through evidence-based exercise.
Occupational Therapist
Brittany completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at University of the Sunshine Coast.
Since graduating, she has developed a robust portfolio having worked in different areas and sectors of occupational therapy. She has been fortunate to work with individuals throughout the life span across different funding types including but not limited to HCP, CHSP, NDIS. Through these opportunities she has developed a holistic and client-centred approach when working with individuals and their support teams to meet goals.
Brittany has a keen interest in working with older adults to continue to be a part of and live in the community through equipment recommendations, adjustments and environmental modifications.
Brittany is excited to continue to be a part of the Gladstone community, enjoying the balance of living in a regional coastal town and contributing to the community.
Reception Manager
Chantal brings many years of experience in customer service and administrative support, and truly enjoys helping people in any way she can. Creating a welcoming, supportive environment and ensuring everything runs smoothly is something Chantal takes great pride in. Chantal believes that a friendly smile, patience, and a caring approach can make a real difference in someones day.
Family means everything to Chantal. She is a proud parent of two children and a very proud grandparent to three beautiful grandchildren who fill her life with joy and laughter. They remind her everyday of the importance of kindness, understanding and staying positive.
Outside of work, Chantal enjoys going for walks, cooking meals to share, and spending quality time with family and friends. Chantal values connection, community and making people feel comfortable - qualities she carries both personally and professionally.
